1 package (3 oz) cream cheese
2 teaspoons butter flavoring
1/8 teaspoon oil of peppermint
1 package (16 oz) powdered sugar, sifted
Paste food coloring (color of your choice)
- Mix slowly together in mixer, adding food paste last.
- Roll into a ball.
- Pinch off small amounts and press into individual molds or form
round balls and flatten slightly with your thumb.
- After they set up, pop out of mold. Mints will continue to set up.
