• 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons butter flavoring
  • 1/8 teaspoon oil of peppermint
  • 1 package (16 oz) powdered sugar, sifted
  • Paste food coloring (color of your choice)
  1. Mix slowly together in mixer, adding food paste last.

  2. Roll into a ball.

  3. Pinch off small amounts and press into individual molds or form
    round balls and flatten slightly with your thumb.

  4. After they set up, pop out of mold. Mints will continue to set up.
