1. Lay out pie crust. Spread cream cheese down the middle.
Pie crust dough
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 can cherry (or any fruit filling mix)
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2. Layer fruit filling mix to make about 1/2 inch thickness.
3. Roll up the pie crust and place on a greased baking sheet.
4. Glaze top with mixture of melted butter and powdered sugar.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 - 15 minutes. Cut and serve hot or cold. Can be frozen.
