SPINACH AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE

  • 1 package (10-ounce) frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 - 4 cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large carton (16-oz) sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 package (8-oz) cream cheese
  • 1 package (4-oz) Knorr vegetable soup seasoning
  • 1 package (12-oz) fettucine noodles, cooked and drained
  • Shredded mozarella cheese topping
1. Blend all together (except mozarella topping) and top with mozarella.
2. Mix spinach in bowl with all other ingredients.
3. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
