SPINACH BALLS

  • 2 packages (10-ounce) frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 cups Pepperidge Farm Italian-style stuffing, crushed
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
1. Cook spinach, drain water until dry.
2. Mix spinach in bowl with all other ingredients.
3. Form 3/4 inch balls, and place on cooking sheet.
4. Bake at 325 degrees 15 - 20 minutes. Makes 75 balls.
