SAUSAGE/EGG BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

  • 1 lb. cooked breakfast sausage, drained and crumbled
  • 1/2 dozen eggs (6)
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cans green chillies, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup (6-oz) shredded cheese
1. Cook and drain sausage. Place in bottom of cooking dish.
2. Mix all other ingredients and pour over sausage.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
