ROASTED PORK LOIN AND SAUCE
1. Blend together.
1/4 cup plain mustard
1/4 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons horseradish
2. Place on meat after slicing to garnish the meat to taste.
2 tablespoon oil
Lemon pepper to taste
1 whole green pepper, cut into strips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place loin in oven bag with oil, lemon pepper, and bell pepper.
3. Bake until meat has cooked to 170 degrees in the center.
