POPPY SEED CASSEROLE
1. Mix all in bowl except cheese topping.
1 cup boiled chicken (cubed bite-sized)
1 cup boiled white rice
2 cans (8-oz ea.) cream of chicken soup
1 carton (6-oz) sour cream
1 teaspoon poppy seed seasoning
1 cup shredded yellow cheese topping
2. Place in 8 inch by 9 inch pan.
3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until hot.
