PEPPERCORN MARINADE

Liquid Ingredients (Blend together)
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Dry Ingredients (Crush together)
  • 2 tablespoons peppercorns
  • 1/2 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
1. Mix liquid and dry ingredients together.
2. Pour over meat of choice and refrigerate overnight.
3. Grill or bake next day.
