PECAN MUFFINS

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
1. Mix pecans, flour, and brown sugar together.
2. Beat eggs and add to the flour mixture.
3. Melt butter and add to the flour mixture.
4. Place in muffin liners in muffin pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Good with a cup of coffee in the morning or just about anytime.
