MONTEREY JACK DIP

  • 8 ounces yellow shredded low-fat cheese
  • 8 ounces 2% or fat-free shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 8-ounce jar fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1 16-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 6-ounce can diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 small can black olives, chopped
1. Mix and chill.
2. Serve with low-fat chips.
