MEXICAN QUICHE

  • Pastry cup (home-made or pre-made)
  • 3 raw eggs, beaten
  • 1 small can Rotel
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon diced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded yellow cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
1. Mix all together and put in pastry cup.
2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
