JO'S MARINATED OLIVES

  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 1 Bottle (8.5 oz) of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 Package of Italian seasoning
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 2 Cans large black olives
  • 2 Cans large green olives
  • 1 Pint cherry tomatoes (optional)
1. Wisk all together except olives and tomatoes (optional).
2. Pour Mixture over olives.
3. For color you can add 1 pint of cherry tomatoes.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight). Serve as appetizers.
