MARINATED CHEESE

  • Cheddar cheese
  • Swiss cheese
  • 1 package (8-oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 medium can green chili peppers
  • 1 medium can Rotel
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cut cheese into squares, smooth cream cheese between squares.
2. Cut, dry and blend all other ingedients.
3. Pour mixture over cheese blocks.
4. Serve with crackers.
