MARINATED ASPARAGUS

  • 2 bunches of asparagus spears
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup Wishbone Italian dressing
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
1. Blanch asparagus 5 minutes.
2. Place in pan with other ingredients.
3. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
