JO'S PECAN PIE

  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Cup dark corn syryp
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 Cup pecans, chopped
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Pie Shell unbaked
  1. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.

  2. Beat 3 eggs at mediun speed until blended.

  3. Gradually add hot suger mixture to eggs slowly while beating constantly.

  4. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans

  5. Pour mixture into pie shell.

  6. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
