JELL-O PUDDING PECAN PIE

  • 1 box (3 1/4 ounce) Cook-and-Serve Jell-o pudding pie mix
  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup Pet evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
1. Blend pudding mix and syrup. Add milk and egg and blend.
2. Add pecans. Pour into pie shell.
3. Bake at 375 degrees until top just begins to crack, about 50 minutes.
