BAKED FISH WITH SPANISH RICE AND CRAWFISH SAUCE

Fish Fillet
1. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon.
2. Bake until done.

Spanish Rice Mix
1. Cook according to directions on box.

Crawfish Sauce
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic, sauteed
  • 2 green onions, chopped and sauteed
  • 1 package crawfish tails
  • 1 package (8-oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
1. Mix together in saucepan.
2. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

Serve over baked fish and Spanish rice.
