CRANBERRY SALAD

  • 2 cans whole cranberry
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 6 bananas, mashed
  • 1 carton (12-oz) Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup Splenda
  1. Mix all together.
  2. Place in 9 inch by 12 inch pan and freeze.

  3. To serve, cut frozen and place on garnished plate.
    Takes about 5 minutes to thaw.
