CHICKEN POT PIE, QUICK AND EASY

  • 3 - 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 can carrots
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can Lima beans
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients except biscuit mix together and place in baking dish.
2. Mix 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix with 1 cup water. Pour over top of chicken mixture.
3. Pour one stick melted butter over top.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until golden brown.
