CHICKEN CHURCH CASSEROLE

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 package (16-oz) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (6-oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 jar (6-oz) diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 can (8-oz) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 can (8-oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded American cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 cups crushed crackers
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

1. Mix all together except crackers and melted butter.
2. Place in baking dish. Top with crackers and melted butter.
3. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8 - 10.
