CABBAGE

  • 1 head of cabbage cut into medium pieces.
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1. Boil 30 minutes.

CABBAGE CASSEROLE

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Cheez-Whiz
  • Crumbled Ritz Crackers
  • 1 stick butter
1. Cook cabbage and drain.
2. Saute onion in butter.
3. Add onion to drained cabbage. Pour 1/2 of cabbage mixture into square baking dish.
4. Add Cheez-Whiz on top, and then pour soup over mixture.
5. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
