BRISKET

  • 4 - 6 lb. brisket
  • Oven cooking bag
  • Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
  • Preferred seasonings
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
1. Marinate overnight in seasonings and dressing.
2. Place in oven bag and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours.

Cooking slow and low helps tenderize brisket.
