BREAKFAST OMELET

  • Cooked meat – sausage, bacon, ham or combination
  • 1-1/2 dozen eggs (18)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
1. Mix all together.
2. Place in baking dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until done.
