BLACK BEAN DIP
1. Blend all ingredients together in food processor.
2 cans (16-oz ea.) black beans, drained
1/2 jar salsa dip
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon cumin
2. Serve with dipping chips.
This Middle-eastern dish is very good for diabetics and heart patients.
Black beans are rich in anti-oxidants and high in protein.
Great for vegetarians.
