BAKED SALMON

  • 4 cold salmon steaks (6 oz ea.)
  • 2-1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh-ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 2 pounds medium shrimp, cooked
1. Mix all dried ingredients. Then mix with olive oil.
2. Dip salmon in mix, place in baking dish.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
