• 2 Large cans of stewed tomatoes (they can be seasoned tomatoes if you like)
  • 2 Cans of water (use the empty cans from the stewed tomatoes)
  • Large package of stew beef tips (you may want to cut a little smaller if you like)
  • 4 to 5 Medium potatoes, peeled and cut smaller or bigger, whatever you like
  • 2 Medium yellow onions, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Green bell peppers chopped
  • 4 to 5 Sticks of celery, chopped
  • Pinch of Cavenderís (This is an all purpose Greek seasoning - add to taste)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper (Add to Taste)
  1. Place all ingredients in the stew pot. Cover with lid, bring to a boil.
  2. Stir, then place on low heat for an hour or until meat is tender.
  3. Let cool down before placing in the fridge.
  4. Bake a pan of corn bread to serve with your homemade stew.
Serves 8 to 10 Guests.
